Felicity Corbyn
BA Hons & PGCE MA EducationFelicity has worked in Primary and Nursery education for 22 years setting up her own nursery school with her sister in 1985. Felicity currently works for a charity called Soundabout working with children and adults with profound special educational needs using music as a way of interacting and communicating. She has set up two projects with colleagues to deliver musical themed festivals in care homes and schools and the Sounds Wild project which takes children and adults with special needs into nature reserves for days of music and nature. Sounds Wild is being rolled out nationally.
Dr Catherine Brogan
MBBS MSc FFPHDr. Catherine Brogan is Chief Executive of the Public Health action support team CIC (PHAST), a public health consultancy. Prior to PHAST, Catherine was a Director of Public Health and a Medical Director in London for 10 years, She is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College, London,
Catherine worked in Turkana, Kenya, and as a pediatrician in Barbados, She was a flying doctor in The Sultanate of Oman where she developed programs that dramatically reduced maternal and infant mortality rates.
Iain Corbyn
MA (Oxon), MSc (Forestry) CEnv MCIEEMIain is the MD of an ecological consultancy Ecoconsult Ltd, based near Oxford, UK. Prior to setting up Ecoconsult, he was the Conservation Manager for a UK wildlife charity BBOWT which manages some 3000 acres of nature reserves in central England. He was a Trustee of the charity for 10 years. He has expertise in land management for biodiversity, ecological survey and monitoring and the assessment of ecological impacts in the UK. He is passionate that ecotourism should deliver a net increase in biodiversity and helping communities to live sustainably.
Ronald Lyn Jones
FCCA, MiMgt, MIC; MHFMARon is a retired accountant who has worked at Coopers & Lybrand, in the NHS, Local Government and in manufacturing as European Director of Finance and Administration and as a Finance Director in central government. He has a proven track record in achieving significant improvement in productivity and improving financial performance in both public and private sectors in the UK and overseas. He has substantial experience in strategy development and implementation of business plans to improve the effectiveness and profitability of organisations.
He is a non- executive director of PHAST CiC, honorary auditor of The Grayling Society and of course a charity trustee of Action for Sustainable Communities Foundation.
Newton Matupi
PhD MScBorn and raised in Malawi then educated in UK. An experienced Management Consultant that designs and implements innovative solutions in manufacturing and supply chain management for global organization such as Stanley Black and Decker, Mclaren Automotive, Jaguar Land Rover, Caterpillar, Monsanto, TE Connectivity, American Standard, Pirelli, just to name a few. In addition to business consulting, he has gained experience in tourism, property development and being a business owner. He has a particular passion in improving lives of people in poorer countries by being an enabler for education, self-sufficiency, and healthier communities. He currently sponsors three children in Malawi from primary school to university.
